Looking to trade my 16 wildcat limited X for a 17 Havoc X. I'm getting old, guess I'm leaning toward a more upright driving position.

My local dealer has a Havoc X for a few K more than a dealer that is about 200 miles away. I would like to keep warranty repairs and maintenance somewhat local...what are the odds a lower volume dealer can price match with a higher volume dealer. I would think a brand new last year model would be ready for a deal with the new models on their way?

I don't mind driving to save money but its the maintenance that might catch up to me.

There is no harm in asking and see what the response is. And I don't see why you would have to get service at the same dealer that you bought the machine. If your local shop hasn't had a lot of bites they should be willing to negotiate.

2018 is first model year for havoc x.i dont think you are limited to the selling dealer for warranty repairs so if you have to drive 200 miles to save a thousand or more might be worth it if you have your own hauling setup and time.

How long does the warranty last?
