I just got the push/pull lever for a park brake on amazon for $10. I'm going to mount it maybe this weekend.

Make sure you put a Wide backing plate on other side of dash since itís plastic. It will hold much better and less likely to crack. 😎👍

jerking when going slow in H.

Other than that, the only thing I wish theyíd remedy is putting a parking brake; not in park position but an actual PB. I made one myself and it works great. But ALL UTV should have one.
You could solve the jerking problem, most likely by changing the primary spring. Lower initial rate would give you lower engagement probably less jerk on engagement.I beleive that's what your referring to.

Yeah. I have some 3/16" aluminum plate laying around. I figured I'd cut a piece maybe 3"x4" or something like that and use it as a backer.

Yep. I added the small bungy cord so that it adds tension to the handle and doesnít accidentally disengage. Works fine. I just leave it attached like this.

Good job. Yeah, it does work very well. I think ALL SxS should come with an emergency brake from the factory. After this picture was taken, I welded a fender washer to the plunger bolt to give it bigger footprint. 👍 Just donít forget to disengage it before riding. It doesnít like having the brake fully engaged when you apply the throttle. Lol It will act like something is wrong. First time I forgot, I thought WTH. lol. No problem once I remembered. 🤪 Where we ride, it is difficult to find level areas to park.
