Overheating

Anyone had any problems with their havoc over heating? I'll drive mine for about 10 min and it will hit 4 bars on the temp gauge. I think the thermostat is stuck closed because when I checked the coolant in the reservoir tank it was still cool. Any ideas? Or anyone know where the thermostat is located because I can't seem to find a diagram any where.
Thanks

Look at a parts diagram. Looks like it's in a small canister, in line in the Cooling Hose. #39. There is another smaller one on the same Canister #43. Probably for Fan or Guages. Jope this helps!

What parts diagram are you looking at? The only one I found is the one on country cats website and part 39 is a clamp.

My fan, cooling, runs at three bars on the gauge. If it gets to hot the dash info canter will flash. If fan is not running with the dash flashing, check the fuses.

At 4 bars on gauge, I think the fan should be running.

I apologize, when I looked again, it was a Wildcat XX diagram that showed up, after I Googled it.

Update, found the problem. So found out that when you clean the rad from the front it doesn't push all the mud and dust through. Because the fans have plastic fins that funnel the air to the fan the mud and dust gathers there and builds up. So I pulled the fan and spray out the whole rad which was caked in mud and it cleaned up the issue.
